The Clubhouse

Our amenities building on the water really adds to our sense of community.  Luxury living is seen and felt in this building.  Designed with our tenants needs and wants in mind we offer a full service gym with washrooms, water fountain, big screen tv and of course a breathtaking view of the Madawaska Riverfront.

Further down the hall you will see a meeting room, offices for our leasing and building manager. A lounge area with tables, chairs, couches, a larger fireplace with another TV.

To the right is our bar and kitchen area as well as a games area equipped with a pool table and dart board.

Outside overlooking the river, enjoy your time with family and friends on our patio.  Use of the BBQ’s is welcomed by all of our tenants.
